Chroma Packs for Legacy Skins?

I was wondering if it is possible to have Limited Edition Chroma Skins, like Candy Cane Miss Fortune + Earnest Elf Tristana Chromas available when Christmas comes around, Ravenborn LeBlanc + Bewitching Nidalee + Slayer Pantheon Chroma available when Halloween comes around?

Those are all just examples of course, but the theme of having Chromas for popular holiday skins everyone uses would be sweet!

It would be very cool to show a unique flair when the holidays come around and everyone is using that skin!
