Why do 2 of the 3 confirmed Demons lurk around Demacia? Coincidence?
Demons are territorial, why would they choose to lurk around a place that could possibly sap their magic?

It makes me think that demons don't really care about petricite or know the ways to bypass it. After all, pertricite doesn't destroy magic, it absorbs it - and then when there is too many magic in one slab of petricite, it starts changing petricite itself 
. Also, it's possible that this material is most potent in its raw form (trees) while armor and walls made of petricite have their limits.
So to demons, Demacia is full of unsuspecting prey that believes they are safe in their cozy little houses. Plus, due to Demacians' magical ignorance, they are less likely to suspect the demon's work. Therefore, a demon can rest assured that it can do its business undisturbed because people will be too busy turning against one another and accusing each other of doing sorcery.
It's a real banquet for the creatures who feed on negative emotions.
BTW, it's really interesting that demons venture to Piltover (where the scientific approach of the victims prevents them from estimating the real danger of dealing with demons), Bilgewater (where people are highly supersticious and usually try to pacifiy and go along with varuous entities), and Demacia (which denies that magic exists) to feed, but they almost never come to Noxus that is full of powerful mages or Ionia which coexists with its spirits. In the other words, the less knowledge and understanding of their nature people have, the better it is for demons.
They can take advantage of the country's lack of magical defenses.
We aren't entirely sure what effect Petricite has on demons, if any, and the Demacian public isn't well educated on magic. A whole bunch of citizens who don't know what you do or how to stop you is a pretty great recipe for making trouble.
Nocturne in "For Demacia", for example, is easily able to create mayhem and lure the townsfolk into lynching one of their own. While Garen and Lux can realize there's more going on, average Joe McDemacia is going to have no clue. It also takes Lux, an experienced light mage, to even drive Nocturne back.
Well some of them were born during the Rune Wars (Eve) and want to start another one. Guess in which region Ryze has his World Rune vault. They are probably searching for it while hoping Ryze isn't there when they find it.
the people there dont use magic and thus cant protect themselves as well
killed Vayne's parents in their house, during her birthday party, she ignored the giant walls of petricit... Maybe because she's tied to the spirit realm and petricit perhaps is a counter to the magic of the physical world, Evelynn can become invisible to the eyes of humans and just ignores everything that comes from the physical world.
The same applies for 
, he just a shadow.
It's been said by Riot that divine magic (Illaoi) doesn't work the same way as arcane magic, so petricite may have a different or even no effect on it. Maybe demon magic is the same?
I'm not sure if demons are necessarily magical.
Did it occur to you where the magic is GOING? I doubt it just disappears at which point there is something that has spent a fair amount of time "storing" magic...
