Star Guardian music no longer appear at the start?

So I wanted to play Star Guardian Jinx since I haven't played her in a while. When the game start I was expecting to listen to the beautiful star guardian music when I realized it didn't play. I thought maybe they changed it so appears randomly like Zoe and Swains, so I tried in practice tool 3 times with both Star Guardian MF and Jinx and both didn't play. Did you guys remove it on purpose or is this a bug? I didn't know where to put this if it was a bug or intentional. I hope it isn't intentional, I really loved the music. [sg-janna]

I was playing a Co-op game vs AI, if that makes any difference. I may have just missed it but I know it used to work in Practice tool. Has anyone had this experience? Or am i just that deaf :L
