Was there any plans for Unique quotes with Akali's rework skins?

In Irelia's rework, each of her skins got some amazing unique quotes for them. I was hoping they'd do the same with Akali rework as well but was sad when none were presented. Was there any quotes planned when doing the quotes? In all honesty, I was kinda disappointed in her Voice over due to it feels like it needed more and rushed even though it's actually part of her character, so I thought she would've had Unique quotes too.
