The new SG skins are cool but...

So today, were announced the new Star Guardian skins for Miss Fortune,Soraka,Syndra,Ahri and Ezreal. They are pretty nice and a lot of us love Star Guardian line but these champs are geting a skin every year...

Like Miss Fortune got one a year ago (Pool Party) Ahri got one a year ago( Arcade) Ezreal got one a year ago (Arcade) Soraka got one a year ago( Program) And about Syndra lets dont mention Skt skin because championsship skins are not the the same with the ones from rioters so.. Syndra got one two years ago (Queen of the diamonds and Snowday if im not wrong) So I understand that they make skins for popular champions but is it unfair to make skins every year for popular champs(Eg Ahri,mf,ezreal) and champions like Illaoi,Yorick,Viktor and so on to wait at least 3years And I Know the fact that they said 3months ago that Champ like Yorick,Illaoi will receive a skin within a year but I think that they should focus on these champions and not the ones that are receiving a new skin year by year. Riot we really appreciate that you are making 4 or 5 new cool skins every two weeks (so every patch) but please ,please make the skins for Yorick,Illaoi ,Viktor etc at least legendary :/

Even if a Rioter will not see the post ,I'd love to see what people are thinking about this post![slayer-jinx-catface]

I was just thinking about how the popularity of a champion and the skins relate. When a champion is popular, they get a skin. When a champion gets a good skin their popularity rises. This create a vicious circle for a few champions that started being popular.

I was thinking about this because when last patch Omega Twitch came out, i brought it and have been playing twitch a lot more.. after like months (i think close to a year) of almost forgot him.

I feel like we’re tackling some major pain points this year and feel confident committing to you that you will be receiving skins for Cassiopeia, Viktor, Yorick, Illaoi (and more) over the next 12 months. We know there are others you would add to that list; they are likely on our list as well.

Actually, Syndra's last skin before SKT was the Queen of Diamonds skin.

Really disappointed in Riots choice for the Starguardian skins this year... it is one of my absolute favourite skin lines, but there isn't a champion in it I actually play.

And I wish they had postponed these skins for Miss Fortune, Ezreal and Ahri in favor of other champions.... these get tons of skins really frequently. No Starguardian skin for me this year, it seems.... hope I will be more lucky in the coming years....

Im still kinda waiting for a really nice Kalista skin that's not e-sport related. don't even talk about the SKT T1 Kalista skin ... I've never seen such a disgusting skin. tho I have to say she doesn't really fit any skin series well except Dark Star and Blood Moon ( for the Thresh synergy ). she is pretty hard to design a skin for that fits her style

Totally agree. Some champs have an abundance of old and new skins, while some champs languish without love and variety.

Even worse, they couldn't have been bothered to make Ezreal look like a Tuxedo Mask type skin. I mean seriously, if you're going to riff off Sailor Moon then do it right.

I'd just like a skin for MonkeyKing in one of the fun and exiting skin lines. Not counting the 4 skins that are journey to the west references, he's only got Underworld wukong which is just Wukong if he were a Shadow Isles Champ. He's got SO MUCH potential for other skins that really change a champs theme, but it feels like Riot keeps overlooking him for these great skin lines more popular champs. Just once I would like to see Wukong get a skin that's in a skin line like Project or Arcade. Hell, I'd take Mafia or Hextech even. So long as it's not another Journey to the West reference or "Wukong if he was from this other faction", I'd be happy.

They can do both. I notice no one was congratulating riot for using the arcade skins to give someone like malzahar a skin when it would've undoubtedly been way more popular to do like arcade lee sin or something

Soraka is like one of the starting champions when the game launched. This will be her 7th skin. As compared to Annie, TF, Teemo, Garen, and Ashe, this is miserable for her. She's not even in the same boat as Ahri or MF.

The wave of people vocalizing their disappointment about Cass or Yorick or Swain or whoever the fuck that didn't get a skin is honestly saddening. We understand that Riot is intentionally ignoring the non-used champs, but fuck man. Not sure whoever did this, but I know a friend of mine was harassed by a random guy in his friends list for typing in "BB AHRI GOT A NEW SKIN <33" as his mood message, and was told to fuck off because other champs didn't get any skins. Guys, c'mon. We understand that old champions are bland, and all that at this point, but seriously don't resort to hating on new skins that were worked on really hard by the skin crew, and adored by the consumer. I'm more surprised than anything, to think that you've been waiting this fucking long, and you complain every wave of skins... You should be used to waiting at this point.
