Would you ever change something fundamental about a champ?

e.g. I hate that Nami doesn't have legs. Any chance we'll ever see a Nami with legs?

Nami with legs is an absolute no-go. They surely will never do that. Even if a champion uses a skin, it has to be recognisable that it is that champion.

If Nami had legs in that skin, everyone would confuse her for a different champion. Base features have to be preserved for that purpose.
