Possible Champion Animations via Description Pages For Champions (Not in champ select)

Im new to the forums, but I think it would be really cool if riot implemented moving animations into the splash arts of all the champions, i'm not quite sure about how hard this would be, but I personally think its a concept that would be worth brainstorming about. I seen Zileans ;) of other MOBA genre game producers/companies use animations to display champions/heroes in different ways, but I am interested in how Riot Games could add this feature into LoL.
