recently got 2 skins, 
just got a new skin to add to the long list he already has and hell even 
got a brand new skin, but where is our 
skin. more importantly, where is our Star guardian urgot. Yes he went through a rework but still has yet to even be given any new skins besides the 3 he has. Our Crab buddy needs love and needs it to be "ultimate" love...if you catch my drift

Since riot made jokes into skins like pizza delivery sivir baker pantheon and since they kinda jokingly hinted that star guardian urgot is coming I wonto be surprised if that actually happens
was announced for skins few weeks back, one gets totally a standalone skin, the other joins an existing line.
This isn't much of a concept or creation.
