Who do you think the "Gray Lady" is?
She's in Evelynn's new story. Is she someone we know, someone we WILL know, or just some character to flesh out Runeterra?

Due to her authoritative position within the Black Rose, I'm pretty convinced it is LeBlanc, or at least one of LeBlanc's ancestors/former matrons.
I got curious by reading of this Gray Lady, and while it might be a simple metaphor to refer Kindred in Zaun i noticed that it was mentioned talking about a death happened in Piltover. Now, who's a girl, gray, and from Piltover? 
Now, it's better state this is only my speculation due to the excitement of these new stories and that most likely is just a simple hasted theory of mine; but consider this: Orianna is one of the characters that got hurt the most by the ret-con, i guess it could make sense if Riot was hinting at a change in her lore with this Gray Lady mention. Perhaps it's nothing, or perhaps this story has something else behind it. Right now, all we can do is wait and see what might come to pass.

I kinda hope this is setup for a new assassin character
i honestly think the grey lady was only mentioned to show that evelyn is not the only assassin around in runaterra, that there are other people around who do the same job as her.
My bet is its

She is probably some sort of assassin. Eve seems displeased about the gray lady getting the kill.
from the name alone, which is all we have to go of of, ima just say she is obviously an assassin rival to eve. im also going to say she is actually from the isles. eve isnt from the isles, but she hangs around there for a reason. maybe she is trying to find and kill the grey lady, but since she is a shadow isles being that would obviously be impossible.
she is probably the one person eve cant kill and that annoys her.
Does riot's weebness go all the way back to Record of Lodoss War and Karla the Grey Witch?
Maybe the upcoming new champion that was hinted by Rioters earlier this year? The criminal that would give Vi, Caitlyn and Jhin a hard time?

Could be a huge stretch, but it could be Zaun's representation of the kindred? Gray kind've made me think of lamb.
