Why? 1- It'd be a great way to tie in to what she's been doing during all this chaos 2- Even if she isn't sent to kill Sylas because we know that Jarvan does care about the people in his charge and Sylas is highly dangerous so sending a scout to keep tabs on him would be a really interesting development, especially since what Sylas is planning on doing.
