Aurelion Sol alignment?

Sorry if this is in the wrong board, but seriously, what is Aurelion Sol's moral alignment? In the cenimatic, he says that he finds it adorable when people beg for mercy, and crushes a star in his BARE HANDS! That's some malevolent stuff right there. In his lore, it says that all he wants to do is create stars and attend to the heavens, but the Targonians aren't letting him do that. He's a slave, forced to fight and destroy and entertain them. So, is good, bad, neutral? I'm leaning in Neutral myself.

I'd consider Aurelion Sol to be True Neutral, in the same manner as Pathfinder's Aeons. In fact, he's a very good match for the Pleroma, even down to the theme of stars.

Aurelion Sol leans toward Chaotic Neutral at the moment, though before his enslavement by the Targonians he may have been True Neutral. His former status as True Neutral is due to how he followed his own path of forging stars in the vast universe. He only cared about his stars, and the universe in which he existed. His shift to Chaotic Neutral would have been after his enslavement. All he desires now is a return to his star forging ways - his personal freedom, which is the crux of this alignment. Good and evil come second to his desire for his own freedom; he is willing to drag the very stars - his precious creations - from the sky in order to be free.

I'd say true neutral fits him best, his lore doesn't describe him as really malicious and he seems to mostly care about just doing what he wants.

However after the Targonians enslaved him he might have grown bitter,so he might have slipped into neutral evil over time, but thats mainly based on his teaser video and is more speculation.

He seems very neutral to me; after all, he is in essence the creator of everything in space. I think, if we were speaking in D'n'D terms, he would be a Chaotic Neutral. He finds satisfaction in creating celestial bodies, but the beings within them he feels less about because they couldn't even begin to perceive how irrelevant their lives are. They think they can control their creators, and while the Targonians trick him into being able to be controlled, he spites them for it (as seen when he killed the Pantheon far before the Pantheon we know [named Atreus prior to becoming an Aspect of Targon]).

I do think it's very sad however, that the Targonians tricked him like they did. They made it so that every time he disobeys, one of his creations (essentially his children) dies. They may be stars, but to him, they are everything he ever loved.

But anyways, yes, he is definitely in neutral morals. Evil morality would be void creatures like Vel'Koz and Cho'Gath. Good would obviously be people like Shen or Ashe.

I never liked Ao Shin. I actually really hated it, and hated the stupid hype surrounding him. Aurelion Sol was a vast improvement, and the personality and story behind his character is one of the best of the newest champions. They've put in so much work. Have you watched his interactions? He has over 110 special interactions with just about everything in the game. And through one of his interactions, it's confirmed that Taric is an Aspect of Targon (hinting at his rework that's coming up after the release of Aurelion Sol).

Chaotic Neutral, not the insane kind, but the kind that doesn't care about rules and just does their own thing. He may have evil tendencies depending on what lines he's willing to cross to get his freedom. Destroying the Targonians? Probably just and ok. Destroying all of Runeterra including those with no connection to Targon? That's evil.
