The characters are likely 200 IQ. They're that smart. On one side we have the Piltovan Sheriff who cleared most of the crime in Piltover before she was even legal. We've seen her skill in multiple short stories and I'm certain she could catch even Jinx if she were willing to depart with her morals... On the other End, we have Ezrael with his new updated lore. He didn't just breeze through college the same way Caitlyn cracked cases, but he's also explored all over Runeterra.

If were just looking at brains, who do you think is the smartest?

Here's the thing, if any of you have read Ezreal's newest story, it proves he's not overly smart. He's about average intelligence and ruled by egotism.
