Story - Skarner, Because of the Song man. They sing, they will be together again.
Comic - Nami, just the way it's laid out.... plus Nami.
Darius comic because it expanded so much on Noxus and Darius himself. Added a ton of depth to the world.
I really like Sai Kahleek. It's technically Rek'sai's short story but it focused on a bunch of nobody, street rat orphans. The perspective of society's undesirables and their resigned attitudes on this deadly quest was great. "I will be the camel. Go silently. Tell people what you have seen here." That's the heroism of a champion right there. I hope for more stories that don't focus on champions.
Favorite comic is nami. Ori's short story was the one that sticks out the most.
Jax's short story is pretty wack.
I don't know why, but I just think it's cool.
Comic would probably be Ekko's or Nami's.
Story it's a tie for me betwen Ryze and Xerath. Comic it's Ryze's. (Btw if you are reading this Riot can you expand the Frostguard lore? I want to see more of Lissandra.)
The best short story (in my personal opinion) would easily be the League Judgement for Varus. http://forums.na.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=1984973 Once upon a time he was a serious character with a serious backstory fueled by serious motivation. Riot developed a good character to later trash.
The Principles of Strength, Noxus story and GP's section of the Burning Tides Bilgewater story. These 2 stories really cement the power human characters such as
and
can command (I really hope they take this approach with
in the future). Principles of Strength in particular I think did really well in showcasing Darius and Swain's relation and respect for each other.
