Current Lore Map

We still don't have a map of the whole of Runeterra, only the areas near Piltover. What we have is a list of champions with their areas under the name: https://universe.leagueoflegends.com/en_US/champions/ Even then, is better to look at the list of champions classified under each region.

This trading map of areas near Piltover is the only official map that's still canon.

However, there are a lot of fanmade maps floating around the boards, like this one for example.
