Kah-Dah. He's from Ionia, so we can assume there's probably a more Japanese pronunciation to his name, since most of the other Ionians have names that derive from Japanese and are spoken syllabically. Names like Ah-kah-lee, Yah-su-o, Ah-ree, Ee-reh-lee-ah, and so forth.
