Will Exiled Morgana and Transcended Kayle be re released for a set time?

Usually when a rework happens, they are re-release the skins that were put in the legacy vault like Exiled and Transcended. Examples include Hextech Galio when Galio reworked came to live. Will they be re-released as well?

I would think so, since they did much for pretty much the other reworks and visual changes.
