Maybe give some of the adcs a little break from the skins and start giving some of the junglers some love. Voli, Shyvana, Udyr, Ivern, Nunu, Fiddle, and a bunch of junglers have gotten very little in the last couple of years. Meanwhile Ezreal, Lux, MF and others seem to get 2 a year.

I firmly believe Candy King is the worst modern skin created and its his only skin choice. I don't even play the guy and feel he desperately needs a good skin.
Half the junglers you mentioned are on the tier 1 VGU list, so they got skin embargo.
But yeah, they could give skins to some of the "newer" champs like
