This got me so hyped, as Noxus is my favorite faction I hope @Riot has a plan in the future to introduce the third leader in game as a champion.
It's probably LeBlanc.
I mean, we already know that the third represents "guile" and is a master deceiver. Sounds like a champion we already have, doesn't it?
As others have said, it's just Leblanc. Riot all but confirmed it in this thread. They just aren't outright stating it.
I'd also say that it is most likely Leblanc in disguise. The short story revealed that the third figure is literally a masked person whose identity isn't known by anyone,but who might have feminine features beneath the robes.
However it is possible that we'll get a new noxian champ eitherway this year,as Riot has announced that we'll visit noxus again later this year.
