Are Zac and Twitch "Arch Enemies"?

The lore page states that they are in fact related but nothing seems to have been specified regarding the 2 (except that maybe they originated from the same laboratory?).

So what if Zac and Twitch share a Hero and Villain relationship?

Think about it, due to Zac's physical structure he can theoretically access any pipe in Zaun, meaning he knows the sewers pretty well, and who hides in the sewer so well that nobody (alive) has actually ever seen him? Twitch. Zac is probably the only living being that has actually seen Twitch and knows what he is up to: the destruction of human kind and the rise to power of rat kind, which sounds like a supervillain masterplan to me.

But as we know, both charachters are quite goofy despite their motivations, and they are quite lonely with them being the only one of their kind, so maybe behind the whole Arch Enemy thing there's actually a friendship between the two.

Imagine this: Every week Zac comes to pay Twitch a visit to foil his plans of destroying Upper Zaun with whatever machine made out of chemtech and stolen tin cans he built this time, but it's all played out like a cliche' 80s super hero cartoon with Zac making a dramatic appearance and Twitch all beign "You won't stop me this time Zac!", because deep down they know it's a gig, Twitch isn't in a hurry to destroy Zaun he likes it here in the sewers with molded cheese and rotten soup, everytime he makes a plan he DEMANDS that Zac shows up and foils it, and Zac LOVES playing the hero part, it's all part of their game.

But maybe i shouldn't make fan theories over this stuff. Please share your opinions below!
