That's a 5 years difference. People like you tend to forget that tiny little, itsy-bitsy, detail. Skin prices are not retroactive. A skin worth 1820 RP nine years ago will have the same price today, even if today it's not worth that much. ######eg Ice Toboggan Corki (2010), Red Baron Corki (2010) and The Magnificent Twisted Fate (2010)
Amumu is also on the list for a rework, so we probably shouldn't have to worry about this skin being below its price tag for too much longer.
Hell, why not buy it now and prepare for the future! I don't think he's high on the rework list but he should probably be touched on in a year or two, especially since Yordles are finally getting some love and perhaps they can confirm whether he is one or not already. [slayer-jinx-wink]
