Which riot artist is obsessed with putting ugly fur collars on every new skin lately?

Project Jhin Frostbade Irelia Arclight Yorick

Champions which all have (or had) big ugly unnecessary fur collars draped around them. It stylistically and thematically has no business being on either project Jhin or Arclight Yorick, and it looked like garbage on Frostblade Irelia which is why they removed it (just because something is ice themed doesn't mean you have to cover it in fur, especially when it's more of a supernatural kind of ice skin where the individual is obviously not cold).

Artic Ops Gragas can be forgiven because it actually looks like it belongs on his skin. He's wearing an actual arctic weather fur jacket, fitting his modern military arctic theme, and it doesn't look obnoxious.

Please, someone tell this artist to stop putting ugly fur collars on everything and marring otherwise great skins.

I like the fur collars on all of them, so I do not see an issue with this trend. :)

PROJECT Jhin looks fantastic with the fur collar. It really sells Jhin as a hunter on the streets, especially since aviator jackets very, very commonly have fur collars.

I agree with OP. Then again, I've been of the opinion for some time that the skins teams have been directed by dumbasses. Great time and care put into popular waifu champ skins, and on a regular basis, while skins for champs who have been waiting for a long time have mostly been lackluster and disappointing. Sole exception was Dragon Master Swain, but remember, they don't work on new skins for champs getting VGUs guys!

You know, there are other kinds of stylish jackets in the world that don't involve garish fur collars.

It's like the artist is obsessed with trying to stuff fur onto anything and everything he can.
