If every region has to have one rep this is mine.
Ryze is obviously gonna be one of them so I didn't attach him to a region and whenever Kumungu becomes official we can throw Nidalee on there

bilgewater would most likely be fizz and noxus has riven(unless they changed her lore, not sure

Braum is a great choice.
Vayne is iffy, her focus on murdering monsters might compromise her ability to work with a team. especially if anyone is non-human.
Ezreal would need some further story development before he's ready to shoulder any kind of responsibility. Piltover would probably send
Poppy is another solid choice, she would be the Demacia rep though.
Ryze is perfect for gathering the team since he knows about the threat of the void/world runes/whatever else is out there.
Nasus is too reclusive to me. My pick for Shurima would be . although I suppose he might be out of retirement now, but I think it would depend on the state of the battle between Azir and Xerath, or if he has confronted Renekton yet.
Shen is busy being Neutral, might be a better choice. unless something happens that convinces shen that helping this group is what is required for balance.
Soraka feels like she might be a pal of the super group, but we really don't have any current lore that gives us her motives so maybe she can come in in Act 3 for big heals. Targon would most likely send someone though, and or 
might work.
