From a logical stand point, I would say it has no meaning due to it being a visual thing that was passed from her older model
From a lore speculation point, it mostly swirly line for decoration. Nothing too much to go in depth.
You can use this online model viewer if you want to see how it looks like on the game model itself.
Other than that, there is no official artwork showing the hair things in full frontal detail.
