As you can see, she got changed to make her actually look like she is wearing "shadow clothes". Is there any word on which regions will use this version of the splash art? Will her in-game model be changed as well?
I mean if I were to guess I'd say Turkey and maybe Russia and some countries in Oceany will use this splash art as well, but I was wondering if there are any others I am missing

its not like that in NA and Eu but they have to have it censored in some areas due to some Sensitive Regions.... so we are getting the one without the shadow same with the ingame model it wont have the shadow... i dont remember what regions they need this in but its almost the same with china and karthus bones
