Rusty Blitzcrank

I have literally always wanted to be able to buy rusty blitz, I started my first account way back in 09, but I was a teenager and my parents wouldn't let me buy things online. That being said, I think Riot should refresh the Rusty blitz skin and open it back up for resale, because for some of us it's the only blitz skin we don't own. He could be like a gray color with rust spots on his body instead of all over. When he W's and he starts getting slowed at the end of his W he could spring a leak that could look like robot amumu's tears. The possibilities are there and I know it's not a priority, but Blitz is a classic league champ and I think we should be able to buy rusty so we can complete our skin collection on the beloved trolling golem. Even if you don't redo the skin, what are the chances of you ever opening rusty up for sale?
