Jarvan, new skins, rework dragon slayer

SOOOO jarvan..pretty popular champion right? Ban rate 19 percent, win rate 52 percent, Pick rate, seen 1 in 4 games. Fair to say this champion is strong and well liked by the player base, assuming your not the poor soul being one shotted by full AD jarvan that is. He has a fun toolkit, has lots of neat tricks for you to learn and can be played in a variety of ways and styles. Hell even his toolkit itself offers lot's of counter play with the exclusion of his ultimate, and honestly his ultimate is only a major issue if he's building full AD to one shot you. BUT MOVING ON please this is not a topic to talk about "how good jarvan is" or "how broken jarvan is" this is a topic saying.

YO RIOT THIS CHAMPION IS POPULAR, and when was his last skin made?

waring kingdoms..2013 lu bu skin with very mediocore effects that no one notices..

Fun fact, the voice actor for Garen is also the voice actor for Lu Bu in the dynasty warriors series. But for some reason they gave it to Jarvan..LOL wonder how riot felt when they found that out.

So that being said, it's not secret that a champions popularity heavily influences who does and does not get skins. So why is it Jarvan has been completely put into the naughty list of riot next to Yorick and Warwick of "YOU SHALL NEVER BE GIVEN A NEW SKIN!?"

Now that my mini rant is over. I do realize Jarvan has one cool skin idea theme that his comrades share.

Have super bad ass dragon slayer skins...so to put it simple, why not rework jarvans dragonslayer skin?

Q-His spear has a dragon head shooting out or maybe a dragons claw

W-You hear a roar of a dragon with maybe some fire popping from the ground, fits the whole "paralyze them in fear" theme

E: A flaming spear coming down

R: A full on dragons roar and BOOM maybe a dragons head appears.
