What kind of parties/festivities/celebrations do you think are thrown across Runeterra? How do you think celebrations would differ between regions? What sort of things would each region celebrate?

Noxus probably has Triumphs every time they win a campaign, or a victorious commander returns home.
There's mentions of festivals in Xayah and Rakan's lore.
The Shuriman city of Nashramae has a festival celebrating Rammus.
I think Zaun would have massive underground anarchy filled raves, and I'd like to imagine Ionia still celebrates the Festival of Fire from the old lore
Demacia definitely has celebrations in some form or another. Being a military city, festivals and celebrations actually HELP keep the people happy and motivated to continuing to support your cause, so they probably do things like military parades, celebrations of the King's birthday, probably religious celebrations for whatever religion is prevalent there. Ionia, being a nature based region and heavily based on Asian countries, probably have a large deal of festivals and holy days to honor the world around them in some form or fashion.
I feel like masquerade balls would probably be around in Piltover and Noxian aristocracy.
The Kiilash might have feasts, perhaps something akin to a potlatch.
I'm sure Leblanc knows how to party, she must has some festivities on her calendar, human sacrifices, orgies, welcoming ceremonies of new members into the Black Rose's secret society. undecover masked balls in the catacombs, giant banquets.
I mean, only the richest and influencial people can get a chance to join her, so this means that they know how to gather together and make every moment fancy & distinguished.

Ionia has some type of "Blossom Festival" apparently threaters and operas houses are common in this event:
On the eve of the Blossom Festival in Jyom Pass, Kusho disguised himself as a renowned calligrapher to blend in with the other guest artists. Then he waited. Everyone had assumed only an evil spirit could commit these horrifying crimes, but Kusho had realized the killer was an ordinary man. The famed “Golden Demon” was actually a mere stagehand in Zhyun’s traveling theaters and opera houses working under the name Khada Jhin.
In Zaun they celebrate "name day", which is basically a bithday:
“We have a treat for you.” She set the brown parcel down on the table. They pulled their chairs close to watch as Ekko reached over and untied the knotted twine, straightened both strings, and laid them next to him. He unraveled the butcher paper without a single rip. In the center lay a small loaf of fragrant sweetbread, its crust glazed with honey and candied nuts. The cake was from Elline. She made the finest pastries in all of Zaun, and charged a pretty penny for them too. Ekko and his friends often pilfered her desserts from the rich folk who paid the hefty price without even a tiny hesitation.
Ekko’s head shot up to see his parents’ reaction. Their eyes were beaming. “This is too much” he said. “We need meat and real supper, not sweets.”
“We would never forget your name day” his father said with a chuckle. “Looks like you did, though.”
But in Piltover they just call it birthday?
For her twenty-first birthday, Caitlyn’s parents presented her with a hextech rifle of exquisite artifice.

I guess Zaunites are just different from the rest of the world because...reasons?
The Solari certainly may have some religious significance if not some cultural festivity with the Summer and Winter Solstices. Summer Solstice, the Longest day yet the Sun is furthest from the planet. The Winter Solstice, the Sun is closest to the planet yet it is the shortest day and longest night of the year, a clam before the storm maybe, by Solari interpretation. Perhaps the Solari would have festivities on the Summer Solstices and 'praise the Sun' whereas they may have more prayers on the Winter Solstices throughout the night to 'raise the Sun' back into the sky.
Ancient Shurima probably had a ton of parties as well, maybe Carnivals where the people would dress up as the various Ascended and parade throughout the streets to celebrate their Legendary Sunborn warriors.
I imagine Bilgewater and Zaun have a lot of seedy gambling and crime parties, and maybe even among the not-so-good of Piltover too.
