What are the plans, if any, for a new 5v5 map?

I really like the current 5v5 map.. Ive been playing since the beginning and the old map was fun but I didn't realize how much more polished it could get till it happened then I was blown away.

I think that one of the reasons that I constantly leave leave and come back is because I don't like to keep playing 5v5 on the same map over and over and over. . So I would really like to see new maps and im wondering if that's even a plan to make alternate versions of the maps.

Re-skinning the map would be a super easy (non mechanic changing) way to introduce new content that in terms of game play is identical.

Even rotating the map so it's the opposite corner corners as normal could add a little variety to it.

But I would like to see game play changes too. I would love so see alternate map layouts but all having essentially the same pacing and overall objectives at the ends but change up the middle of the map a little to promote meta differences. Maybe a map with a bridge you know just something to switch up the play a little.

I would also like any added 5v5 maps to be randomized and included in ranked matches.

I know this is a lot to ask for and it's a lot to work on to incorporate 100+ champions that could abuse layouts more than other champions (bards wall ability for example used to be able to go halfway across the map till it was fixed)

But any word on this would be great.. I dont need SOLID confirmation.. You could simply say.. "it's an idea on the table" Or.. "it's not something we are looking at currently "

Any word would be great.. Or links to any info on this subject I may have missed because I didn't see anything. But 8 years on the same map layout is a LONG time
