Rakkoran Civil War

With all the events going on recently, I recently began writing some headcanon for the Rakkoran champions we have in the League. That is, specifically: Diana, Pantheon, and Leona. We only have three League fighters from this great and powerful city-state, and almost no existing lore about what Rakkorans actually do. We just know that they fight 1v10 and win (Not suggested in the League.) and that they have extremely rigid cultural laws and customs about how their society works. At risk of letting the peaks of Mount Targon go the same way as Shurima...

Why don't we have an event that highlights Mount Targon and Rakkor, that lets us get an insight into where some of our favorite champions came from?

Specifically, I was thinking something along the lines of 'Diana's defiant return'. Diana, as we all know, is the Scorn of the Moon and Leona's direct counterpart. We know that she was set to be executed after fining powerful relics of the Moon within a hidden, secluded cave, having taken these relics to the Solari elders to prove that the Moon is just as powerful as the Sun. We know that she murdered these Elders in a fit of rage and scorn, taking her leave of Targon to prove the might of the Moon herself.

Here's where it gets good: What better way to show the power of the Moon to the people of Rakkor and -defy the Solari-, than to march down their front gate in a massive siege? Specifically, a siege of Rakkoran on Rakkoran... Diana having recruited any and all like her, teaching them of her ways and the ways of the moon?

It's a bit of a shaky concept, but that's what you guys are for. I'm not paid to do my writing, this is mostly to see what fans think and to get their opinions. The entire event could function similar to how the Frejlord event worked as far as tracking, with Leona and Diana having their own icons that you can earn based on whom you support. Rather than re-work any of the champions as you did with Gangplank for the event, this could serve as a reveal for another Champion of Rakkor, while offering kit tune-ups for the remaining champions. (Possibly a VU for Pantheon. No more metal feet in Full Metal Panthon pls rito.)

As I said, this is all a loose concept... But I -really would- like to see more canon lore regarding Mount Targon, the living place of literally -the best warriors in Valoran-. Why don't we have more Rakkoran champions? Where, exactly, is Mount Targon located? Ionia? Demacia? Noxus? Plague Jungle? The Shurima Desert? With the discontinuation of the Journal of Justice, we rely on your events for our lore fix!
