Apparently this is what Senna looked like

Before I start, I would like to credit u/AnataBakka for the original post on Reddit.

If you didn't know yet, Riot Artist Eoin Colgan aka Lucian's concept designer, created artworks featuring Senna (and Lucian in the background). The pictures were originally posted on the artist's Instagram so I uploaded them on imgur.

Technically her only cannon appearance is in the intro to Lucian's login screen BUT If Senna were to appear as a Champion without her soul taken by Thresh, she would most likely look like that.

Lucian is one lucky son of a gun. And Thresh too

To be honest i was kinda expecting Lucian with breasts at most, but I actually like her real design a lot, she does look almost angelic, and a counterpart to the darkness that dwells within Lucian after her light was taken by Thresh. They could very well be another pair like Xayah/Rakan, but that is quite unlikely due to her current situation
