When will we get the Roadmap? Before the chained champ?

So we know the new roadmap will not be released before next year but will it be before the chained champion or will it be at the start of January, a month after Neeko's release to tease and give information about our chained champion and Kayle/Morgana? I hope this can be answered! Because if it's after the chained champion he will remain as a total mystery and if there is the 2 month gap as always between new champions it will take a lot of time for us to get that roadmap. Last one was released in August. This one is either January or Late Feb-Early March.
