The closed captions of the video that talked about the champion's general timing for release listed them as an "enchantress" IIRC. Besides, I wouldn't put it past Riot to add female champions into the line. There are (supposedly) nine skins after all.
Saw some "Nixy" and "Purra" names on reddit, for me it's really feminine, but those are just speculation.
To be fair, Magical Girl is a shonen genre. But if I had to guess, Ahri style teen boy vastaya.
