Prestigious Leblanc Review

OK so i basically main leblanc and own the wicked leblanc skin. But then prestigious leblanc's splashart got changed and it looked amazing so i brought the skin. Its very nice but wheres the purple hair. Its covered by that big hat :(. I really liked the purple hair and it reminds me of Touka (from tokyo ghoul. Riot you probably wont see this but if u do, can u change it and show the hair/head? Im saying this without much knowkledge of how hard it is to make/change skins in league so pardon me
