I want each one as a more sophisticated yet impressive design to represent this new lore of the Trifarix council. Especially Leblanc, since she got another gameplay update as well as massive amounts of rewrite in her story.
While I’m all for lore based skins, we don’t know if LeBlanc actually is guile, and I highly doubt either Swain or Darius dress differently in the Trifarix.

LeBlanc's got a reversion to her previous kit coming up, not an update. I guess it's technically an update, but going backwards isn't really an update.
Lord Darius and Tyrant Swain are no longer canon skins. They are what if skins.
The same might be said for Queen Ashe and King Tryndamere once they finally go and update Freljord fully and completely.

I think Darius and Swain just wear what we see in-game on their base skins with some small modifications and variance between days. LeBlanc still has an older model and is more sophisticated in terms of deception than Swain and Darius, so she will likely be the same case post-VGU.
