He isn't a Lord a King nor a God. He's a nobody straight up. He's just a angry guy cause he won't die a warrior's death nothing more. He got no goal's in life except dying. TBH IMO his old lore was miles better, he was wise he was WOKE, and THAT made him SPECIAL compared to every single other champ. Right now he's just a stupid angry barbarian that want's to die and that makes me sad.

I think that youre annoyed and you have no reason to be,look... First of there is no lords or kings or queens in the freljord, so he cant be any of that. Second off men are not in charge in the freljord so he will not even be a prince or a royal by your logic. Now for the positive, Olaf will get an updated lore that will make more sense, do not doubt that it will be to your satisfaction because all writers who write about freljord are top knotch when it comes to writers at riot. So Olaf will get a worthy lore update and I dont know when as it might be next week or by the end of the year, but it will come. Olaf is an iceborn at the moment from what I can gather. He will not remain iceborn when his lore is updated imo. He will become a stormborn or something like a spirit walker(udyr). His current lore doesnt have a lot of detail in it and it is pretty bland. I trust that Olaf will make more sense in the future.

...He's a berserker, aka an actual type of viking warrior that historically existed. He's able to power through pain and even some forms of lethal wounds on pure adrenaline alone. He's similar to Tryndamere, in that respect, but his anger mode isn't supernatural and so he can't magically regenerate from his wounds. He really is just an angry guy who's really strong, and frankly, I like that we still have human characters who don't need some form of immortality to be badass. Yeah, in the grand scheme of the plot, he's just a nobody, but you can say that about a lot of characters. Katarina's just an assassin. Quinn is just a scout. Olaf's just a warrior who seeks honorable death in combat because that's what his culture believes in.
