Title should say it all, the skin needs to be updated to where it actually feels like a legendary skin Riot. It's priced at 1820 RP and there is nothing unique about it besides a nice looking model. No new animations, particles, VO, recall, NADA! That's pretty rough....
It's an 1820 skin that's been on sale for 50% off whenever it has been taken out of the vault for like the last 2 years... (except possibly when there was the legendary reroll thing where you got another skin for free if you bought/got a legendary, which is still a bonus and I think he was still on sale in that sequence too).
Riot released it as a Legendary skin when at the time it was probably a top tier skin. If you bought it then, you knew what you were getting and enjoyed it for a long time. They've since made it available at under the 975RP price tag many times, so I don't see why they would upgrade it to be 1820RP quality when they've probably sold hundreds or thousands at 910RP...
