As seen clearly early in the Video,Wolf is in the picture
so I'm curious, why was Wolf there?
Why was he without Lamb?

I don't think Kindred has any relevance to that video. She was released LONG after that video was released. Plus, as you'll note, the only creature we see that isn't a shadow is Amumu, all other forms of life are just shades and shadows, except the plants, of course. That wolf in the jungle isn't the Wolf as is in Kindred, it's just an artistic interpretation of a wolf in the wild. It would be pretty elaborate theory crafting to think that Riot had already conceptualized and were teasing Kindred as far in advance as when this video was made.
Well Kindred doesn't like undead dudes, so I assume wolf was trying to hunt him, but Amumu wasn't dying (since he's undead) so he couldn't eat him...
Well going by quotes seems like they actively avoid mumu. Despair too strong?
That is not wolf, the shadow creature on the video shapeshits into different things. Riot said that Wolf is NOT the wolf of the video.
I actually did some fan art on this: http://inkrose98.deviantart.com/art/Kindred-and-Amumu-League-of-Legends-Fanart-581120303
A Rioter said something along the lines of "Kindred can't like someone that's lived that long."
I've heard the "a Rioter confirmed that it's Wolf" before but I never managed to find it, no matter how hard I'd try.
It doesn't really look like Wolf, IMO, but more like a big cat. I don't think that it's supposed to be anything more than a representation of the curse (although perhaps it's this specific animal for a reason).
