What has Anivia done in the Freljord? What's her purpose as a deity?

Since we're still waiting on her retcon to be "officialized" with an actual bit of new lore, I can't help but wonder what good she does for the Freljord. While all 3 spirits we know about have had clear and obvious terraforming effects on the Freljord, the other 2 have done something clearly useful in regards to making the place habitable, even if they have a habit of wrecking the place every now and then. Ornn created the land, Volibear created the rivers and I can assume that also means he brings rain.

Well, all Anivia does apparently is freeze shit. What good is that, really? Very cold weather makes things worse for people, generally. As far as we can tell, she's a neutral entity who exists just to exist; I suppose that's a step up from Volibear turning into a jaded asshole because he wasn't being admired enough or something, but Volibear at least has the claim of being a huge boon to human survival in the Freljord, arguably the _only_reason they can survive there at all, unless Ornn made the soil fertile for crops when he beat down the earth. So what effect has Anivia had other than turning the place into a tundra?

We're almost 2 years on the Freljord demigod retcon now, by the way.
