LoL Champ Sounds?

Does anyone know the computer location of the champion voice files and ability sounds nowadays? (not just the champ select sounds) Also, what's the best method of converting them into a usable format?

The only thing I've found is this site on wikia http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Category:Champion_audio which is very exhaustive, but there is no way I can find to download them.

Any knowledge would be great!
