-Mutant cyborg wolf man that's like Punisher mixed with Wolverine . Even if he tries to save you that's no guarantee you'll get out alive, because he has blood rages.

Riding the Rising Howl was one of many rites of passage for the kids of Zaun. The only place that quite compares would perhaps be Bilgewater -what with being a city of Pirates, with Wharfrats that can strip a man down to the bones, and sea serpents, and occasionally The Black Mist of the Shadow Isles. And I think Zaun is worse. Even Noxus sounds like a safer place than the other two.
