The Boy Who Cried Wolf (and Lamb)

So in Runeterra, the little boy who cried wolf could just be some kid with a terminal illness (like a brain tumor or leukemia or other less visible/immediately noticeable diseases), and keeps having near death experiences. But when he tells people that he saw a wolf..they wouldn't believe him (same as in our Boy Who Cried Wolf story).

This thought struck me this morning and I am now horrified of life on Runeterra.
