Looking at the particles, the portal, and her general look it's definitely either Battle Boss or Arcade. Honestly she fits the theme really well. Hell, her default skin already looks like a character concept from a failed early nineties kid-friendly platformer for the PC. The yoyo, the skipping about, the sleep bubbles, the personality, the whole aesthetic fits.

Looks like Arcade. Her little portal looks like it has pixels coming out, and rainbows fit the arcade theme a little better, I think.

when i was just watching the video i thought it looked like it was gonna be a DJ skin, but now that ive seen this screen shot i am way more hyped for the arcade skin!
