How strong are Evelynn's lashers?

Could she theoretically walk with them, with ease?

Her recall shows her lashers supporting her entire weight (which we don't really know) but we-can assume she's around 100lbs give or take. And in her splash she's holding down a full grown man seemingly effortless, but what is the extent of her strength?
