Bandle City is missing
Some champions don't have the right alleigance placed or the correct spot in the region, see https://gyazo.com/db56df3f4f48ce7af267e90c8a50769a Pretty sure they mixed up swain and Karma.
Some champions appear in multiple places around one country (Darius appears in 3 regions outside the Bastion) whereas others appear nowhere (Karma missing)

Bandle City is not missing, it randomly appears anywhere.

Anyways, the map is not complete since Riot has mentioned that there are regions that Players have not seen.

Champions appear in multiple places because they have stories where they appear in those places... For example the case of Swain, he appears in the Placidium because he lost an arm agaist Irelia in that place, it doesnt mean that he is from that place.

Bandle city is found randomly on the map when you zoom in. its the glowing yellow/gold symbol.
