Eliminate the "rule" with one year..

So as I Know, there is a "rule" which says that the new champions cant receive a skin only after 1/2years from their release date (this is a example, i dont know how much time )

I think this rule isn't a good one because there are champions like ,Kled, Camille ,Talyahvetc who are released in 2016 and they need to wait AT LEAST till 2018 to get a new skin and there are champions like Miss Fortune ,Ahri,Ezreal who are getting a skin evey year( Eg Ahri 2016Arcade,2017SG ,Mf 2016 Pool Party,2017SG, Ezreal 2016 arcade,2017 Star Guardian).

So please work earlier for Skins for the new champions (Eg Rakan & Xayah were relased in april, and now it is good to start working for a new skin so it will arrive in early 2018..

Even if a Rioter will not see the post ,I'd love to see what people are thinking about this post!🙌

Thank You![slayer-jinx-catface]

That's your top ten.

Honorable mention for Rengar (SSW May 2015) whom does not have a non ESport Skin since Night Hunger May 2014.

The only notable knockouts this year from the long waiting list have been Talon (SSW May 2015 & Dragonblade Jan 2012), Zyra (SKT May 2014 & Haunted Oct 2013), Veigar (Final Boss August 2014) and Kog'Maw (Battlecast Nov 2014). Last year we saw quite a bit more movement with Sion, Poppy, Taric and Kennen all dropping out of the top ten while also dropping some other notables like LeBlanc, WuKong and Nocturne.

It isn't a rule so much as a production limitation. Riot always has their skins planned in advance (between 6 and 9 months say). When a new champ is created, exploration has to be done first to determine what works on the champ, and then actually create the skin. This takes time, especially because other work on skins is already on its way when any champ is released. Finally, Riot has to determine how profitable it will be to create a skin for the champ (i it played/popular enough/ how hard is it to make a skin for the champ, does it align to an incoming event theme, etc). Therefore it usually takes a long time for a champ skin to be produced
