Skin Universe Rework: Rulebreakers ( Vandal, Road Warrior )
Simply combine these two. Post apocalyptic gangs.
( MF has poked at the possibility, but it also seems like Rumble and Trundle aren't on the same team. )

Road Warrior is one of the more underdeveloped universes and I do hope we get an event for it this year, to flesh out what goes on there.

Vandal skin set is part of the larger Road Warrior Universe, aka LoL Mad Max.
Some Vandal skins need visual updates, worst being Jax.
