Missing VO Audio for Champion Select in Normal Draft Mode?

A few patches ago, VO for all Champions selected in Normal PVP Draft Mode disappeared (except for your own selection).

I think someone from Riot said it was a bug, but it's been 2 or 3 patches now, and the VO is still missing. Is it going to be fixed soon?

(It was great hearing VO from all the champions when they were being selected.)
