Singed splash art?

I am a Singed main and Singed's skin splash art for Hextech, Riot, and Surfer needs to look say more... Modern. It makes me a bit sad seeing all the other champions have at least one of their skins have a new splash art and Hextech Singed is there having me look like a broke boi. I know that Hextech Singed along with Riot Singed are legacy skins but come on riot... Hextech Singed hasn't had new splashart since 2014 and he just.. look at that hair he has!!!! I noticed that just now lmao!!
