All the emotes that were not released for an event use champions's base skin. Why is Riven the only exception?

Well, the name of the emote is hopping mad. Bunny.....hopping....Riven does a lot of hopping herself. Riven is also a fairly popular champ herself........Honestly, I have no fudging idea.
