Why following God-King Darius is pointless.

So I've been seeing a lot of people complaining that Garen is a tyrant and anything is better than serving under him, right?
Well I'd like to point out why following God-King Darius is the worst thing you can do.
Let's start with the basics.
Serving Garen means you have a fully functional society, governed by strict laws and basically the eradication of free will.
Following Darius, however, means you are an individual and you seek to end Garen's reign of tyranny and bring power back to the people.
But here's the thing I'm afraid people don't realise: Darius' end goal in this.
Darius seeks to kill Garen, and then what?
It's not like Darius plans to take over after him.
No, Darius doesn't want anyone to take over after Garen.
In the "Where Power Lies" trailer, we can clearly hear the narrator say "Versus one without" when referring to someone ruling over the world.
Darius wants to cause chaos.
After Garen has died, Darius' followers will most likely turn on eachother in order to be the next to succeed.
Society will collapse and the world will become governed by the strong.
And what will the strong become? They'll just become the exact same tyrants that Garen was.
Siding with Darius doesn't mean the end of tyrants, it means the creation of even more.
Populations world-wide will drastically drop and evantually humanity will go extinct.
And, I don't know about you, but serving a cruel tyrant that actually keeps shit together sounds WAY better to me, than serving a warmonger that seeks to end humanity by promising everyone that what they're fighting for is "freedom" and "individuality" when, in the end, he only wants to cause endless war.
But that's just what I gathered from it.
